  • Products purchased in multiple sizes, colors, or variations with the deliberate intention of returning part of the order may be refused at our discretion.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Shipping Costs

As we operate through an international fulfillment and dropshipping model:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers are also responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional shipping charges associated with the return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking information.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If approved:

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if returned items are not in their original condition.


5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

  • Photos of the packaging

In such cases, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.


6. Order Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages when tracking information confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.
  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses remain the customer's responsibility.
  • Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.

After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can still be made.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or logistical reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
